We delivered a dose of Mercedes X-Class luxury lifestyle to the high street

Mercedes Benz Vans’ Lifestyle Store
CHALLENGE
To deliver Mercedes-Benz Vans’ first ever pop-up lifestyle retail outlet in order to showcase their luxury pickup – the new X-Class – in addition to their wider range, and to promote and deliver test drives of the new vehicles.
SOLUTION
We created a multi-zoned pop-up store featuring a range of interactive touchpoints targeted at both potential purchasers and their families, with our impactful branding and window displays drawing in over 80,000 visitors across live days. Whilst customers could explore the full range and settle on their ideal van using our touchscreen product discovery pods, a virtual reality surfing simulator – referencing the outdoors lifestyle that the vans facilitate – and a curated merchandise display area provided additional experiences. A children’s activity area and goodie bag competitions helped keep younger guests busy. With 300 test drives and sales leads, the shops helped generated significant returns.
