Our imaginative exhibition experience took delegates on an unexpected journey that got people talking

PROJECT

The Secret Garden

CHALLENGE

To come up with a distinctive, engaging concept for an exhibition stand at the SIN Congress which would create intrigue amongst – and generate foot traffic from – healthcare professionals.

SOLUTION

We truly reimagined  the pharmaceutical exhibition stand in order to create stand out in the form of The Secret Garden – an interactive and emotional experience that stimulated all of the senses.

In the historic space of the Palazzo del Casino in Venice we took a 300 square metre room and set about transforming it into a real secret garden, seamlessly integrating hundreds of plants with technological and interactive elements.

The delegate journey unfolded along a real thematic path, where scientific contents could be communicated with dynamism and simplicity. This consisted of an interactive pond-floor, a tree trunk with touch screen where each ring of the trunk section explained an aspect of the product, real bicycles connected to a virtual cycling route, a creative space to draw with the Tilt Brush and many relaxation areas where delegates could stop and enjoy the scents and sounds of nature.

Each element came together to create a joined up, experiential exhibition experience that turned heads and got delegates talking.
