Volvo Escape the City


To deliver an experience targeted towards time poor, career individuals living in urban areas, that would create a buzz around the new Volvo XC60, ultimately driving leads and test drives, whilst staying true to Volvo’s Swedish heritage.


We designed ‘Escape The City, In Your City’ a Swedish retreat experience that we took to nine major conurbations and nearby off-road locations across the UK.

City dwellers from all across the UK took time out from their busy lives to enjoy complimentary yoga, Swedish massages, meditation, art classes and group runs. Over the 55 day campaign we had 27,000 consumers interact with our peaceful pop-ups. In that time we also captured 7665 leads, conducted 875 onsite test drives, and exceeded our data capture target by 177%.
