TikTok pops up in London
We talked in our last blog about the use of TikTok for events, and they’re getting in on the act themselves, with their recent TikTok pop-up shop which brought social commerce to life at Sook on Oxford Street, London. 7 days of activations, influencers and content creation shows the value that online brands still see in having a physical brand presence that can serve multiple purposes.

A billboard that sweats?
The rise of experiential OOH and branded installations shows no signs of abating (hello Barbie), but this is a new one on us. A billboard that drips with Chris Hemsworth’s sweat? It’s a sure way to drive talkability around your latest release. Nice work from Netflix and partners.

The good stuff from Goodwood
It’s one of the biggest automotive events of the year, and TRO were in the thick of the action with 6 separate client activations. Our design team headed to site to round up the best of the action.
A PROPER Pink Corn-er Shop
Barbie is everywhere, and we loved this Shoreditch pop-up from Proper Corn to bring to life their limited edition pink popcorn pack. The Pop Licence; the top shelf corn; the secret salon behind the fridges… we’re all about the production details.

Heinz Ketchup ice-cream? The summer’s coolest pop-up is back
The Ice Cream Project from Anya Hindmarch is back for another outing in London. Open until late August, the queues around the block will tell you that the appetite for experiential retail (and unexpectedly delicious ice-cream and sorbet brand crossovers) is strong. Sign us up for the soy sauce sorbet.
