To educate, captivate and excite JD Area Managers from every region about Under Armour, in order to create buzz and build positive sentiment around the brand.


We teamed up with renowned personal trainer, Diren Kartal, to create an unforgettable brand immersion day at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester.


First up, we fuelled the attendees for the day with a healthy breakfast, before launching into the all-important brand presentations, building anticipation for the day ahead and setting the scene around what Under Armour stands for. Area Managers were then given front row seats for a one-off, sport-inspired fashion show with footballer freestylers, gymnasts and breakdancers, all building the energy in the room and bringing the brand to life.


We then threw down the gauntlet to those inspired to get involved themselves, inviting people to take part in a series of challenges from Under Armour’s rigorous ‘UA Next’ programme, putting their own athletic prowess to the test.


Adding to the excitement, our accessible, locker room styled activation offered the opportunity to win prizes like Apple Watches and Nutribullets – all guests had to do was test their luck and see if their key opened that all important locker.

JD are one of our key partners, so it was important to create a standout event that was true to Under Armour’s DNA. TRO did an amazing job with pulling the event together with limited time and they had extremely high level of execution and management on the day.
